Goals

In its effort to encourage growth and move badminton in Trinidad and Tobago forward, Mr Martijn Van Dooremalen, a high performance coach and former coach/Technical Director of Badminton in the Netherlands, was invited to assess all aspects of the TTBA's operations and suggest ways to improve the Association and by extension the level of play.

Out of his assessment, came several elements which touched on everything pertinent to the sport. In order to achieve our objective, a Strategic Plan was developed to guide us to achieve our goals.
